Africa House (NI) is committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment where all of our service users can make progress with their education and training. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable within our organisation. If bullying does occur, service users or parents should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. This means that anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to tell the Manager/Coordinator, the Pastoral Care Team and/or any member of staff at Africa House (NI).
